NCAA College football picks (10/4) week 6

NCAAF Picks for 10/4 by Michael Luchies Read full article here

Here are my top picks for 10/4. Last week I had my best ever in college football, and felt compelled to share my college picks for this week. Please read the explanations and take my advice at your own risk! Good luck!

Penn State (-14.5) vs. Purdue
This spread started around -12 and quickly went to -14.5. If you take this game you may want to buy half a point just in case. Penn State looked amazing against Illinois and Purdue looked surprisingly sluggish in the second half against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Nittany Lions are on the road, but don’t expect them to let up on the Boilermakers, try to get this game at -14 or -13.5, -14.5 scares me. Penn State should win easily 42-21

Texas Tech (-9) vs. Kansas State
Texas Tech is averaging 572 yards offense per game and allowing only 16 points per game. The Red Raiders are 4-0 and ranked 7th in the nation. Kansas State is 3-1 with victories against weak opponents (Louisiana-Lafayette, Montana State, and North Texas) and lost to Louisville on the road by 9. Kansas State’s defense is not good enough to stop the Texas Tech Red Raiders. 52-21 Red Raiders
